There are so many different options available it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Our goal as a coordinator is to take all the guess work out of the process, to make your wedding day as seamless and smooth as possible. This will enable the bride/groom to enjoy the day with their friends and family instead of having to chase after vendors. our duty and privilege are to ensure that your vision is implemented.
Our wedding Coordinators are all about the logistics’ but on a shorter timeline than a planner. Six weeks prior to your big day our coordinator will assist in preparing and will be the liaison between the bride/groom and all the vendors on the day of the wedding. From confirming your vendor contracts and logistics, creating a detailed timeline, completing a final walk-through of the wedding site, and overseeing your wedding day events ensuring execution of your day is what you envisioned.
As a Day of Coordinator, our first responsibility is to look over the contracts for each vendor you have chosen to hire. We will then contact the vendors approximately a month prior to the wedding and introduce ourselves and ensure we have accurate day of contact information for each of them. We create a detailed timeline for your entire day of events on the day of your wedding, incorporating the photographer’s timeline, DJ or band’s timeline and the caterers’ timeline. The bride, groom, their families, the photographer and DJ should review the timeline to ensure everyone is in sync.
