Our G Bella Clientele averages a budget of $1700 to $2500 depending on your average guest count. with that being said we are able to customized this service to needs and size of your wedding.
We offer This services so that you can relax and enjoy your special day. Our involvement is limited to the following:
1 Day of Coordinator and 1 Assistant (depending on needs and size of wedding)
Two planning appointments before the wedding date to finalize the details (2hrs total). First appointment suggested as soon as possible and the next one a month before the wedding date.
One walk through of venue/property
Create timeline for all contracted vendors and events for the day of wedding.
Communication with wedding venue and professionals.
Unlimited advice via phone or email
One hour for the rehearsal and up to 10 hours on the wedding day
Supervision of venue setup ceremony and reception.
Delivery of final payments and event/wedding day gratuities.
Take care of any last minute details.
